Bhavesh S Patel - Research & Design

Professional Experience

Bhav has worked from 1999 to present facilitating learning and change with individuals and organisations all over the world. This has involved designing and delivering training courses, organising conferences, and organisational development. He has worked with groups of up to 150 people, and individual clients on a one-to-one coaching basis. His work has taken him to Cambodia, South Africa, Australia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, France, Switzerland, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Norway, Germany, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and throughout the UK.

Between 2008-2011 he joined People Potential, a soft skills corporate training company based in Malaysia, specialising in coaching and communication skills, and facilitated group work.

Academic Background

Bhav has a BSc Hons Geology degree, two diplomas in Life & Performance Coaching. He has trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) Master Practitioner, in PRINCE2 Project Management, and is an Open Space Technology facilitator. He holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate, and is presently completing a Masters in Management Psychology.

Community Involvement

Bhav works with various personal and social change organisations including Initiatives of Change International, where he works on developing community action groups, and facilitates the learning of both the personal and professional skills needed to create change. He has organised conflict prevention conferences and run week long courses on engaging in change personally and at a community level.
